FedEx: Orders must be placed by 11 AM Eastern Standard Time (EST) to be processed on the same business day.
Processing Time: Orders received between Monday and Friday are usually processed the same day or by the end of next business day. Orders received on Saturday and Sunday are usually processed by Monday or by close of business day Tuesday.
General Delivery Times:
FedEx delivers Monday - Friday.
Hawaii & Alaska:
For shipments to Hawaii & Alaska we offer FedEx 2 Day, FedEx Overnight, and USPS Priority Mail services.
P.O. Box:
For shipments to P.O. Boxes we offer USPS Priority Mail.
Canada:
For shipments to Canada we offer Fed Ex International Ground Canada.
International Shipments:
For our international customers we do offer USPS International Priority shipping for a standard flat rate of $19.95 to any where in the world. For specific questions on international shipping please contact us at CustomerService@BuzzSkin.com.
On all international orders, the shipping address and the billing address must match otherwise the order will not be processed.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:
Return by Mail:
We'll gladly accept returns for any unopened BuzzSkin.com products upon receiving your items within 30 days of the PURCHASE date. To ensure a timely refund to your account, please return the item immediately upon deciding that you do not want the product. Return shipping and handling fees are free to our customers. We regret that we do not refund original shipping costs with the return. Please follow the simple instructions below:
- Circle the item(s) that you are returning or exchanging on the order receipt and note the reason why.
- Indicate if you want us to credit the card used to place the order or send you a refund check. If you'd like an exchange, let us know what you want by indicating the item and number on the reverse side of the receipt. We will pay the costs for shipping the exchange order.
- Circle the name and address where we should send the check or exchange. If you want it sent to a different address, please write it on the reverse side of the order receipt.
- Pack and seal your return securely, in the original package if possible, and include the receipt. Packages must be returned prepaid -- we do not accept C.O.D. deliveries.
